Backline Rental for Musicians.
Nerja Sound and Lighting provides backline and instrument hire for travelling musicians who need to perform at events in the Malaga province of Spain. We have Electric guitars, guitar amps, acoustic guitars, Bass Guitars, Stage Pianos, cajons, Drum kits and of course, PA systems, mics and monitors for rental. With delivery, set up and collection from most venues, Nerja to Malaga and the Costa del Sol.

If you have a gig planned in Spain and are concerned about the logistics and high costs of travelling with your instruments, plus the risk of damage, we are the solution! We have the basics to get you through that gig, without the hassle! What's more, we bring everything to the venue, set it up and make sure you are good to go before we leave! Ideal for weddings and events where there is no room for error! We cover Nerja to Malaga and often a little further down the coast!
*Backline and instruments are provided as an addition to the sound system and lighting rental. Minimum order value is 300 Euros + tax.

DJ Gear
We have available a Pioneer DXJ RX3 all-in-one controller or a Denon SC4 live controller, ideal for visiting DJs to get through the gig!
Through our partners, we can also provide Pioneer (Alpha Theta) CDJ 3000s and DJM Mixers if required.
Lighting and Effects
From basic LED Par lighting to moving heads, totems, uplighting and Dance floor effect lighting, we have a large range of lighting available to complement our audio rentals. Smoke machines and special effects are also available. Let us know your venue and the look you are trying to achieve and we will make some suggestions!
We also have festoon lighting (hanging lamps), fairy lighting and chandeliers!
Remember!
- We come to you! No self-collection service is available.
- Minimum order is 250 Euros
- Sound / Lighting technicians are available. Or you can dry hire for self-use, at your own risk!
- We cover Nerja to Malaga City as standard. If you are further down the Coast, such as Marbella, the minimum order is 500 Euros, including travel fees.
- We always charge a damage deposit, and it' is calculated based on what you are renting from us. This fee is returned on collection of the goods, in the condition they arrived. If you are not available during the time of collection, or have paid this fee by bank transfer, it is returned to you within 2-3 working days, by bank transfer.
- If you are hiring equipment for a Wedding, we highly recommend hiring a technician or ensuring you have someone who is technically proficient. If you choose to do it yourself, it is at your own risk, and we will not be held responsible for any issues that arise. We do, however, set up and test all equipment beforehand, to try to ensure it's all good to go!
